Die exchange

Avoid downtimes caused by defects. Die exchange reduces internal die pressure (melt pressure) and improves the behavior of the melt flow across the entire die width. This results in longer service life as initial pressure is reduced and impurities cannot access the melt filter from the die. In addition, you achieve constant, high spinning quality. A new die will save you up to 70% in downtimes compared to conventional cleaning. You also receive a professional overhaul of the flow channel, including any damage repair and - if necessary - a new coating.

Refurbishment flat dies, special dies and coextrusion feedblocks

A complete refurbishment is often the cost-efficient alternative to replacing a component or machine, whether it is a matter of scratched dies, damaged edges, wear, or mechanical and electrical components that are in need of repair. More and more applications rely on multilayer films. Simply convert your existing blown film line from mono to coextrusion. We exchange all hot parts for the latest components (extruder, melt pipes, die heads, etc.). The remaining equipment (haul-offs and winders) can still be used. As a result, you can expand your product range to include multilayer applications, while modernizing your line at lower costs.
