The β Flex 5 Layer IBC POD Blown Film Line is a high-performance, fully automatic co-extrusion blown film system engineered for the production of premium Polyolefin Dedicated (POD) films. Designed to meet the growing market demand for sustainable, specialty flexible packaging, this advanced five-layer line delivers exceptional output of up to 851 kg/hr making it one of the highest-capacity POD film lines available for flexible packaging converters.

At the heart of this machine is a precision Internal Bubble Cooling (IBC) system, which ensures superior bubble stability, uniform gauge distribution, and optimum optical properties even during extended production runs. Advanced POD-IBC technology, combined with a rheologically optimized channel design, enables superior melt flow, minimal melt degradation, high output, and exceptional film thickness uniformity.

The five-layer co-extrusion architecture enables processors to achieve precise control over layer ratios, allowing them to produce thinner films with enhanced sealing performance, clarity, and mechanical strength while optimizing the use of different film grades. This makes the B-FLEX line ideal for producing milk packaging films, collation shrink films, lamination films, water pouches, oil packaging films, and general-purpose flexible packaging films.

The machine supports a wide layflat range from 1800 - 2700 mm and offers seamless operation across different film thicknesses from thin-gauge sustainable films to heavier industrial structures, all from the same platform.
