Mr. Nirav Shah, Founder and Managing director of the Shubham Extrusion, is very hands-on and responsible for the overall operations of the company. He comes with 25 years of experience in plastic processing, machinery manufacturing and product developments. His intelligent identification of new technologies and the innovative pattern to control cost without compromise are responsible for the sustained technology and business edge enjoyed by the organization.

Executive Director
Shubham Shah, a second-generation entrepreneur, joined Shubham Extrusion in 2021 as a Supply Chain Executive. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University, USA. Shubham has cross functional expertise in Design and Operations. Shubham is an integral part of the senior management and responsible for manufacturing activity at SETPL.
Shubham has technical experience to convert market requirements into technical layout and having thorough knowledge in manufacturing and Plastic Processing.
